End of Semester Announcements

Hello Class!

I hope everyone is having a great final week of classes. Remember to repeat “I can I can I can, I will I will I will” (preferably to yourself) before every exam and essay during this last stretch!

As those of you who were in class yesterday recall, a peer-led mass mobilization successfully demanded/gave input expressing a desire for a final paper extension.

Though the output of this movement was the concession being granted, the outcome of your final paper is entirely up to you. I want to see some beautiful masterpieces on Monday!!

In other class news….

The last weekly reaction has been posted on both Engrade and under our Weekly Writing Assignments. These questions are due via Engrade or hardcopy by the beginning of class tomorrow.
The final paper deadline has been extended to Monday 5/7 via in-class hard copy only. Note that you can still turn your paper in tomorrow as scheduled, but you will not be penalized for turning your work in before the exam.
Paper presentations please send me your powerpoints/any supplements you used (would have used) in your presentation via an Engrade message attachment. Be sure to include “Final PPT” and the topic of your paper in the subject line.
Final exam review many of you have expressed an interest in having a final exam review before Monday. As I am going to be going between MC campuses later this week, I will set a few dates in stone and pass them around tomorrow so everyone can check off what works best for them.

For those of you who are free after class tomorrow, I’d be happy to stick around and spend an hour or so to go over any exam questions. Also if you missed class yesterday, this short final exam review was handed out.

Thanks! Just want to make sure we are all on the same page at such a critical time in the semester. As always, write me if you have any questions or concerns.
